When developing our idea of the ultimate Irish pub, we knew we wanted to provide something for everyone. The pub consists of large TV’s, a pool table, dart board, arcade games, keno, and a full kitchen.

As we near the start of our 4th year, we can’t help but laugh a little when we look back at who we thought we should be vs. who we really are.

We’re not exactly the sort of people to continue to offer the same thing day in and day out. Our food reflects a casual lifestyle. Unpretentious and easy going. You’ll find that what we serve is what we like - and who we are. Many of our newest items are scratch-made. Taking the time and effort we feel necessary to put food on the table that is remarkable.

Our beers reflect a constant effort of passion and ever-increasing levels of perfection. The

day we opened, we felt we had some pretty good stuff. Looking back, and while they were good, our passion may have let them stand taller in our eyes than they really were.

But we’ve learned.

Today, our Craft Beers are sought after by enthusiasts on both coasts and the Nebraska

Brewing Company name stands among some of this nation’s finest. We take great pride

in the simple fact that we exist right here. Nebraska born and raised.
